COMPOZITION

Terms

By using compozition.org you agree to these terms. They’re short, and written to be read.

The work belongs to its makers

The photographs, films, words and design on this site belong to Compozition, to the artists we represent, or to the clients and collaborators we made them with. You’re welcome to look and to share links to pages; please don’t download, reuse or repost the work itself without asking us first.

Client names and logos belong to their owners. They appear here to show work we’ve done, not to suggest they endorse this site.

Quotes are estimates

A quote made on the Supply page is an estimate from our current rate card, to help you plan. It isn’t an offer, a reservation or a contract, and nothing is charged here. Prices and availability can change until we confirm your order in writing.

Every rental is governed by our rental agreement, signed before anything leaves the warehouse, together with our insurance requirements and a deposit. Where they differ from anything on the site, they are what count.

Bookings

Pressing “Book” on an artist’s page starts a conversation. A booking is only made once we’ve confirmed it with you in writing.

The site itself

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it’s provided as it is, and we can’t promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We aren’t responsible for losses caused by relying on it, as far as the law allows.

Links to other sites are for convenience; we don’t control them.

The law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms; the date at the top says when. Questions to info@compozition.org. How we handle your information is on the privacy page.
